Christmas cheering in Strabane

Last night 115 children from all school across Omagh and Strabane took to the Alley Theatre stage for a spectacular Christmas event.

Strabane String Orchestra, Omagh Wind Band and Omagh String orchestra all performed a wide variety of music such as New York New York, Baggy trousers, A Million Dreams & Miniature Symphony.

Christmas classics also featured like Jingle Bell Rock; the highlight of the evening was when all performers combined to perform Walking in the Air.

The audience were on their feet cheering and everyone left with a sense of Christmas cheer.
