The Foundation will be delivering general musicianship workshops from 12pm to 3pm on Friday 1st May 2020, for primary school teachers, and these workshops are also open to teaching assistants, volunteers, and those engaged in teaching music in the school. Teachers who do not have a music specialism are greatly encouraged to attend.
Sessions on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May will involve string players from across Ireland in 3 categories, beginner grades 1-3, intermediate grades 4-5 and advanced levels grade 6 and above.
There will also be a general musicianship workshop on Saturday 2nd May, which is not specific to just string instruments and is aimed at
children of primary school age.
This is an exciting, unique opportunity not to be missed and we encourage all of our string students to attend.
