Lisneal Jazz Band

Lisneal Jazz Band have been going since 2014. It started along the same lines as the Foyle College Band but have developed a preference for a more Pop orientated program and have quite varied instrumentation (even the bag pipes have been added to some of our tunes!)

They have also appeared at the City of Derry Jazz Festival gigs and always perform with enjoyment and enthusiasm sometimes performing with pupils from other schools such as Lumen Christi, and St Columb’s College.

They have also taken part in the Jazz Festival workshops at Foyle College also with the Heavy Beats Brass Band.
